To log in we send a one-time code to your email address. The code is valid for 10 minutes. We store only a hashed version. Your session uses one HTTP-only cookie that is needed for the service and does not track you.
We use service providers that process data on our behalf, for example hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Polar) and AI model providers. Prompts you send to a model are processed by that provider. Current providers include Anthropic (text generation), OpenAI (image generation), MusicGPT (music generation), and evolink (video generation). Some providers are located outside the EU/EEA or Singapore. Where required we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Account data is kept while your account exists. Prompts and outputs are kept for 12 months after account closure or deletion, whichever is earlier. Invoices are kept for the statutory period required by Singapore law.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data and to object to processing. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Under the Singapore PDPA you can request access and correction and withdraw consent.
Outputs may be inaccurate. Please check them before relying on them.
We may update this policy. The current version is always published here.
These terms apply between olalilu Pte. Ltd. and you when you use the service. olalilu offers access to AI models for text, image and video generation through a paid subscription.
You log in with your email address and a one-time code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
You must not use the service to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that harms or harasses others, or fake images or videos of real people without their consent, or to deceive others. You must not try to bypass limits or security measures.
Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or similar to existing works. You are responsible for checking outputs and for how you use them. You must label AI-generated content where the law requires it.
To the extent we have rights, we grant you the right to use outputs for your own purposes. The terms of the underlying model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, MusicGPT, evolink) also apply and may limit commercial use. You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms when using outputs.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a right to withdraw within 14 days. For digital content and services that start immediately, the right ends once performance has begun, if you have agreed to this in advance and confirmed it.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and to injury to life, body or health. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Termination does not affect payment obligations already incurred.
Singapore law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may change these terms with reasonable notice. Continued use after the change means you accept it.
You must be at least 18 years old to use olalilu. If you use the service for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.
Where we offer an affiliate (partner) program, separate program terms apply. Affiliates may promote olalilu with their own tracking link. Commissions are paid only for paying customers who sign up through that link, after the subscription has been paid and the withdrawal period has ended. Affiliates must not send spam, make false claims, buy or create fake reviews, or refer their own accounts. We may withhold commissions in cases of abuse and may end the partnership at any time.
The service uses AI models from third-party providers. We are not responsible for their availability, output quality or policy changes. Their terms apply in addition to these terms.
You agree to indemnify us against claims from third parties that arise from your misuse of the service or from content you generate and publish in breach of these terms or the law.
Before starting legal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the dispute informally. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
The Studio plan (1.000 EUR per month) includes a fair-use limit of 1,000 generations per day across text, image and video. When the limit is reached, further generations are paused until the next day (UTC). We may adjust this limit with reasonable notice to protect the service for all customers.
